    Describe a time when you made a positive impact in your school or community. What did you do, and how did it affect others? What did you learn from the experience?
     
  2. Leading with Respect and Effort:
    How do you demonstrate respect and hard work in your daily life? Give specific examples of how you show these qualities at school, at home, or in the community.
     
  3. The Power of Helping Others:
    Have you ever helped someone succeed, whether academically, emotionally, or personally? Share a story about how you supported someone and why helping others is important to you.
     
  4. Pride in My Journey:
    Reflect on a personal achievement that made you feel proud. How did you overcome challenges to reach your goal? How does this experience shape who you are today?
     
  5. Succeeding Academically and Helping Others Do the Same:
    How do you strive for academic success, and what strategies do you use to help others succeed in school? Why do you believe helping others succeed is just as important as your own success?
     
  6. Community Service and Giving Back:
    Why is community service important to you? Describe a service project or volunteer experience you’ve been involved in and its impact on both you and the community.
     
  7. The Wildcat Spirit:
    What does it mean to be a Wildcat? How do you embody the values of respect, effort, pride, and leadership in your daily life?
     
  8. A Role Model in My Life:
    Who has been a role model for you in demonstrating community service, respect, and leadership? How has this person influenced you, and how do you strive to follow in their footsteps?
     
  9. Overcoming Challenges to Succeed:
    Describe a challenge you faced in school or life and how you overcame it. How did this experience help you grow as a leader and inspire others?
     
  10. If I Were Wildcats of the Year…
    Why do you believe you deserve to be recognized as a Wildcat of the Year? What values do you represent, and how will you continue to make a positive impact in the future?

Essay Format & Structure

✅ Length: 500-750 words
✅ Typed, double-spaced
✅ Font: 12-point Times New Roman
✅ Margins: 1-inch on all sides

Essay Content & Organization

📌 Introduction (1 paragraph):

  • Clearly introduce the main theme of your essay.
  • Provide a hook that grabs the reader’s attention.
  • Include a thesis statement that previews your main points.

📌 Body Paragraphs (3-4 paragraphs):

  • Each paragraph should focus on one of the contest themes: 
    • Community service & helping others
    • Respect, effort, and pride
    • Academic success & supporting others
  • Include specific examples and personal experiences to support your points.
  • Use descriptive language to make your story engaging.
  • Maintain clear organization and smooth transitions between paragraphs.

📌 Conclusion (1 paragraph):

  • Summarize the main points of your essay.
  • Reflect on what you’ve learned from your experiences.
  • End with a strong closing statement that leaves a lasting impression.
